MyTechLadder is focused on helping the individual climb the ladder and has been designed with keeping women in mind.
Vidya Subramanian is an entrepreneur, startup advisor and investor with a mission and vision to democratize career mobility and career progression! Before starting her own consulting business Vidya was in senior leadership roles in Egencia's technology and engineering team with global responsibilities for an engineering platform with teams across multiple dev centers. Her passion for technology and helping people with their careers is the reason behind founding MyTechLadder!
She spends a lot of time mentoring and career development for women in tech. She is a life longer learner who is not afraid to fail or take risks. Most recently she had a chance to apply that attitude when learning to ski. She loves to sail with her husband, cook with her son, garden with her daughter, coach indian folk dancing and hang out and read with the family during her free time.
Sonia Hingorany is a Senior Manager in Amazon Web Services' Data Center Capacity Planning organization. She earned her MBA from Carnegie Mellon University in 2015, pursuing concentrations in information systems and operations management. Before earning her graduate degree, Sonia worked at Accenture for five years as a technology consultant, specializing in systems integration and technical architecture initiatives for various financial services clients around the world. She earned her BS in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Cognitive Science from UCLA in 2008. Sonia also serves as an Executive Committee member for the Society of Women Engineers, Pacific Northwest section where she focuses on mentorship and professional development initiatives for members. She enjoys traveling, live music, playing soccer and tennis, and the outdoors including hiking and skiing.
